Lamb Balti
400g Diced Lamb
50g Sultanas
100g White Onion
100g Diced Potatoes
100g Mixed Peppers
1 Tin of Tomato
250g Balti Sauce |

Method
Season lamb then pan fry adding the onion, vegetables and diced potato. The add the tinned tomatoes, sultanas and Balti sauce. Simmer until cooked. To garnish, add chopped coriander and spring onion |

Moroccan Chicken
500g Chicken
100g Italian Sauce
200g Mexican Sauce
100g Onion
100g Chopped Dates
50g Chopped Apricots
400g Tin Chopped Tomato |

Method
Season the chicken and add to hot olive oil. Add the dates, apricots and onion and fry gently for 1 minute. Add the 3 sauces and chopped tinned tomatoes. Simmer until cooked. Garnish with roasted cashew nuts and server with Cous Cous. |

100g Herby Tomato Sauce
100g Onion
50g Pineapple
50g Mixed Peppers |

Method
pan fry chicken with a little olive oil, add onions, peppers and pineapple, finish by adding Hickory BBQ & Herby Tomato Sauce |
